Business Development Intern

For its Business Development department – a function supporting the origination and commercial development phase of the M&A;, Debt Advisory, NextInfra Advisory and Equity Investments divisions – Ethica Group is looking for a "Business Development Intern" to work on the following activities:
Core Activities
- Strategy & Market Analysis: mapping of key industry trends, relevant stakeholders’ (investors, industrial players) strategy, competitive landscape and key trend within the investment sector;
- Business Development: market scouting, relationship management with Italian and international investors, and drafting of commercial documents (Teaser/Company Profile/Pitch);
- Valuation: supporting company valuation through the main methodologies (market multiples – Transactions and Listed, DCF);
Requirements:
- Final-year student or recent graduate holding a master’s degree in economics / finance-related disciplines,
preferably with a focus on finance or corporate strategy;
- Strong proficiency in Office applications and AI-based tools/logic, ideally combined with experience using databases (e.g. AIDA, Merger Market, FactSet) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce);
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, autonomy, proactivity and flexibility
