We believe that by thinking big and working together as one team—agile thinkers, tech makers, and change agents—we can build the largest retail IoT platform in the world. /p pMore information’s on our company and solutions here . /p pReporting to the Solution Engineering team, the bSolutions Engineer /b supports customers across bItaly and Eastern Europe /b throughout the implementation of Vusion solutions. /p pWorking closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams, you will understand customer business needs, design appropriate technical solutions, configure the platform, coordinate implementations, and ensure successful deployments. /p pThis role requires a bsolid technical background /b and a good understanding of bsoftware applications /b,bunderstanding code /b when needed, system bintegrations, networking and IT infrastructure /b. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liPresent Vusion solutions to leading bretailers /b(Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Electronics stores, Gas stations ex. Coop) /li libConfigure /bVusion solutions to meet customer requirements. /li liPartner with Sales to understand customer business and technical requirements. /li liMonitor bprojects using /b shared tools, ensuring that bdeadlines /bare met and bcosts /bare controlled. /li libCoordinate implementation projects /b and ensure successful deployments. /li liTroubleshoot technical issues related to integrations, infrastructure and solution configuration. /li liAssemble, lead,
and unite teams around pre-sales projects to prepare for roll-outs forretailers. /li liAct as the single point of contact for customers (internal and external) for all operational issues — technical, integration, upgrade requests, and installations. /li liSupport the rest of the team in developing upgrades (templates, technical configurations) for all types of customers. /li /ul h3Mandatory /h3 ul libDegree /b inbEngineering /b,bTelecommunications, /bInformation Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. /li liFluent in bItalian /band bEnglish (The recruiter does not speak Italian) /b /li lib2-4years of experience /b asbSolutions Engineer /b,bImplementation Project Manager /b, or inproject management / IT (network, infrastructure, etc.) /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liExperience in a bcustomer-facing /b technical role /li liInterest inbRetail, Artificial Intelligence, or Computer Vision, IoT /bindustries /li liAbility to use technical skills to manage projects, coordinate teams, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-growing international company /li liOrganized,bautonome /b,and with excellent interpersonal skills -ready to take on responsibility and thrive in a dynamic, ambitious environment /li /ul h3Ideal candidate /h3 pb1.5 to 4 years /b of professional experience after graduation as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Project Manager, Implementation Engineer or Technical Consultant, with experience managing technical implementation projects.Strong exposure to bretail customers /band bIoT /bsolutions, with a solid understanding of software applications, system integration, networking and IT infrastructure. /p pbWe innovate.
