Overview
In this role you will lead medium-sized EPC projects within Hitachi Energy, coordinating cross-site teams and ensuring delivery within policy, safety, and contractual boundaries. You will partner with Project Controls to set plans and manage risks, scope, and finances, while maintaining proactive customer communication and lessons learned. The position supports energy transition initiatives across utilities and digital infrastructure, offering exposure to multinational environments. You will drive execution excellence and project closure with measurable impact.

Responsabilità
- Coordinate project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet milestones
- Define project plans (scope, schedule, budget, risk) with Project Controls
- Ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy policies, safety and environmental standards
- Monitor progress, report to management, and manage resources efficiently
- Lead contract and claims management per policies and agreements
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to procure services and materials
- Act as primary customer contact and escalation point for issues
- Ensure formal project closure and post-project reviews
- Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations
Requisiti fondamentali
- Engineering degree with strong technical foundation
- 8+ years in project management of medium-sized EPC projects
- On-site construction experience in multinational environments
- Experience with Electrical Systems (T&D;, Power Generation)
- Familiarity with FIDIC and Italian Public Contracts Code
- Fluent in English and Italian; proficient with MS Office, SAP, MS Project
- Willingness to travel internationally (about 25%)
