ppTo strengthen our Human Resources team, we are looking for a committed, empathetic and highly organised HR Generalist (m/f/d) who professionally supports our employees and actively contributes to a wide range of HR processes, from Recruiting and administration to Employer Branding and employee development. /p h3YOUR TASKS: /h3 ul liManage the entire Recruiting process, including Recruiting software, job postings, applicant management and interviews /li liManage Onboarding and Offboarding processes and act as a central point of contact for our employees on HR-related matters /li liPrepare and manage contracts, employment certificates, employee master data, onboarding documents and other HR documentation /li liSupport payroll preparation and manage the digital time and attendance system /li liPlan and organise training sessions and support employee development /li liSupport Employer Branding activities, including Social Media, Recruiting platforms and collaboration with schools, agencies and other partners /li liOrganise and manage staff accommodation, workwear and employee benefits /li liPlan and organise employee events /li liWork closely with General Management and department heads on HR-related and organisational matters /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE: /h3 ul liDegree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Administration, Hospitality or a comparable field /li liInitial professional experience in Human Resources,
