ppbWorking at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! /b /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul lipLead and mentor the HSE team, fostering a culture of excellence and individual growth, while prioritizing cross-training and career development /p /li lipInnovate training methods and concepts for HSE matters, ensuring comprehensive employee education and risk assessment competency across all functions /p /li lipProactively track and analyze HSE incidents, implementing measures and training to prevent future occurrences /p /li lipProvide ongoing guidance and support for risk assessments, ensuring they are regularly updated and aligned with safety standards /p /li lipDevelop and uphold policies and procedures to minimize risks and enhance safety awareness throughout the organization /p /li lipSupport the planning, implementation, and maintenance of plant installations and facilities, driving excellence in social and sanitary standards /p /li lipCollaborate on purchasing decisions for technical equipment and the introduction of efficient working methods and materials /p /li lipDesign ergonomic workplaces and sequences, optimizing the working environment and addressing all ergonomic considerations for employee well-being /p /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Occupational Health Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Safety, or a related field /li li7-10 years of experience in HSE, EHS, or safety management within a manufacturing, industrial,



or operational environment /li li3-5 years of experience leading HSE teams or programs /li liProven experience managing site-level or multi-site HSE operations /li liExperience working in regulated environments with local, state, and federal safety and environmental requirements /li /ul pbCommunication Collaboration: /b Communicates clearly and concisely, while serving as a sparring partner to internal/external stakeholders.
