Reporting to the Plant Manager and working closely with Corporate Procurement, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely supply of materials, components, and services while achieving cost, quality, and delivery objectives. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and extensive experience in an automotive manufacturing environment. The Plant Purchasing Manager will drive supplier performance, support operational excellence, and contribute to the achievement of business objectives through effective sourcing and procurement strategies. /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliDevelop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with plant and corporate objectives. /liliManage supplier relationships and lead commercial negotiations to secure the best cost, quality, and delivery conditions. /liliMonitor procurement KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives. /liliIdentify and implement cost reduction and value engineering opportunities. /liliEnsure the uninterrupted supply of materials and services required for plant operations. /liliCollaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to support operational performance. /liliConduct market analysis and supplier benchmarking to identify new sourcing opportunities and mitigate supply risks. /liliLead supplier performance reviews and manage corrective action plans when required. /liliEnsure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, industry standards,
