ph3YOUR MISSION: /h3 pThe Sales Associate is a fully engaged individual who is committed to contributing to the success of the Vhernier boutique in Florence, with the ambition to grow with the Maison. /p pIf you are looking for an opportunity to enter the world of High Jewellery, and craftmanship and you are curious to learn more, this role has a lot to offer. /p pYour mission will be to promote the Vhernier brand image as per the company's directives. /p h3HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? /h3 h3Sales performance customer service: /h3 pContribute to the boutique achieving its sales targets; /p pAssist clients with Customer Service needs maintaining the brand's high standards; /p pSupport in cultivating strong client relationships, delivering outstanding client service and treatment; providing a friendly environment that includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards and solid product knowledge; /p pAdapt the approach according to the client's needs and motivations; /p pAssist and support after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values; provide recommendations that will provide an exceptional client experience. /p h3Stock management and merchandising: /h3 pProvide feedback in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock; /p pActively participate in the visual merchandising of the Boutique implementing required guidelines; /p pAssist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping, including cleaning the products and displays; /p pAssist in the inventory process,
including but not limited to stock counting and special projects as needed; /p pAssist in completing price changes within the Boutique when required. /p h3Boutique operations and cash management: /h3 pSupport in sales transactions and to maintain proper cash records at the boutique's register; /p pAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices; /p pImplement discounts and gratuities under the supervision of the Boutique Manager; /p pComply with all safety regulations and boutique operational procedures including security. /p h3Product knowledge sales techniques: /h3 pMaintain an awareness of all product knowledge information; /p pMaster the brand's sales techniques as per training received; /p pAttendance to required training. /p h3HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? /h3 p1 yr of previous experience in luxury retail, services, or luxury hospitality environment. /p h3Personal Skills/Abilities: /h3 pFluency in English is mandatory; /p pExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; /p pConfidence in handling high-value transactions; /p pStrong understanding of customer service needs and customer (internal and external) priorities; /p pStrong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision; /p pSelf-starter with a team-player approach. /p h3WHAT WE OFFER: /h3 ul lipCCNL Commercio /p /li lipSalary Range 33K - 37K€ /p /li lipCommission scheme /p /li lip8 euro per Meal Voucher per working day /p /li lipWelfare /p /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
