Your role will be to define solutions that elevate the guest booking experience across Agoda's products. /p h3What Product Design Looks Like at Agoda /h3 pAs a product designer at Agoda, you'll collaborate with a product manager, 6-8 engineers, researchers, and cross-functional partners. Together, you'll drive your segment of Agoda, deliver solutions to challenges, and gather feedback directly from customers and internal stakeholders. /p h3Role in the CEG Team /h3 pThe Customer Experience Group (CEG) Consumer team designs self-service tools that help customers resolve booking issues. You'll shape how customers solve problems reducing friction and frustration. As a senior designer, you'll lead the direction and execution of these experiences across the space you own.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liRunning discovery phases and helping define product requirements /li liTesting prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback /li liPresent your work to peers and leadership, async and in-person /li liTake part in weekly design critiques, workshops, all hands, and squad meetings /li liThink and write about your process and detailing your decisions /li liChampion cohesion and consistency in UX design that unites a growing family of products/features /li liBe a strategic leader with a vision in how to implement experiences that represent the most customer‑centric intersection between design, business, content, and technology /li /ul h3Product Designer at Agoda means you have a track record of /h3 ul liYou work alongside your design partners in driving discovery and ideation workshops and align the group around a vision and approach /li liYou have a track record of crafting sophisticated flows and customer journeys /li liYou can think and craft at a system level, not just interface elements or pages /li liYou’ll regularly make use of your soft skills: listening, negotiating, decision‑making /li liYou can balance multiple priorities and successfully deliver in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
