Role:

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to become the key finance partner for our Italian brands. In this role, you will help ensure the financial health, compliance, and operational efficiency of our business in Italy, working closely with local and international stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys ownership, thrives in an international environment, and wants to contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of the full accounting cycle, including invoice posting, payments processing, and reconciliations
- Posting Italian passive invoices and reviewing the registration of foreign passive invoices
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities,



ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Tax compliance duties, including VAT returns, tax filings, and liaising with external consultants and tax advisors
- Managing treasury activities, including cash flow monitoring, bank account management, and payments execution
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes by providing reliable financial data and insights
- Supporting group-wide projects and initiatives (e.g. ERP system, new tools)
- Collaborating across functions and countries within the group on finance-related matters

Skills & Qualifications:

- Prior experience working with Italian companies

- Strong technical Excel skills

- Proficient in English
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles

Nice to have:

- Experience with Oracle NetSuite
- Proficiency in AI tools applied to finance and accounting workflows

- Proficient in Italian
