ppWe are seeking an experienced bME Site Supervisor /b to lead mechanical and electrical installation packages on a high-spec Data Centre build in Milan. /ppYou will manage site crews, direct daily subcontractor activities, enforce strict HSEQ standards, and drive installation quality from initial positioning through to pre-commissioning. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ullibSite Execution: /b Lead daily on-site MEP package delivery /lilibQuality Control: /b Conduct inspections for containment, HVAC, piping, switchgear, generators, and cabling. Ensure work matches approved construction drawings and specs. /lilibSafety First: /b Enforce RAMS, Permit-to-Work protocols, and lead daily toolbox talks. /lilibCoordination: /b Liaise between package managers, subcontractors, BIM teams, and QA/QC leads to clear site blockages and sign off snags. /lilibTesting Handover: /b Support pre-commissioning, BMS integration, and as-built documentation for system sign-offs. /li /ulh3What We Are Looking For /h3ullibProven Track Record: /b At least 3+ years in a supervisory role on bData Centre, Pharma, or Mission-Critical /b builds. /lilibHands-on Leadership: /b Ability to manage subcontractors under tight delivery windows. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
