We are seeking a Sales Manager IAM Europe to join our Mobility Group team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Leader AFM Europe, this role will be responsible for accelerating growth across the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) channel in assigned European markets. The successful candidate will drive sales performance, expand strategic customer relationships, implement market growth strategies, and lead commercial initiatives focused on revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and business development.
Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package based on applicable skills,
knowledge and experience, and aligned with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is EUR 51,200 – EUR 75,020 gross per year.

- Drive Sales Growth: Implement strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base in the Independent Aftermarket Channel in the assigned countries in Europe
- Customer Strategy: Develop and execute annual profit and five-year strategic plans, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Identify growth opportunities and competitive information for new products and systems
- Cost Management: Manage cost reduction programs to support customer initiatives while maintaining profitability.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong customer-supplier relationships, addressing inquiries, contracts, and complaints.
