Lime is hiring a Sr Program Manager, Repair Operations to build and scale the operating system for Repair Operations worldwide. We're looking for a global transformation leader who can align markets around common operating standards and lead measurable improvements in repair quality, efficiency, and compliance. This pivotal role brings together continuous improvement, tooling, training, data, and cross‐functional execution to build repeatable systems and help teams deliver consistent results at scale.
You will lead a globally diverse team of project managers in turning complex operational problems into scalable solutions—from diagnosing root causes and testing changes in live operations to validating impact and translating proven practices into global standards. You will partner closely with Local Operations, Central Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Engineering, Data, and Finance to build alignment, drive adoption, and embed sustainable change across markets.
This is a hybrid position with a requirement for candidates to reside in Milan to maintain effective collaboration across teams.
