Possiede le competenze, l'esperienza e la determinazione necessarie per avere successo in questo ruolo? We are currently looking for a Demand Planner to join the Demand Planning Team based in Asolo . In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building, leading and optimising the demand planning process for one or more business lines, developing accurate demand forecasts to support supply chain, production, and inventory planning. This role works cross‐functionally with Sales,
Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align demand plans with business objectives and ensure optimal product availability while minimizing inventory risks, to meet customers' demand.
Forecast & Demand Analysis
You will build and manage 6 – 12 month rolling forecasts across all product categories, including special editions, OEM lines and collections.
You will analyse historical sales as well as market trends to refine your forecast accuracy, as well as identifying deviations and proposing alternative solutions.
Moreover, you will also contribute to new-product introduction checkpoints (such as tracking go-live dates, sample availability etc)
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with Supply Planning, Procurement, and Operations to ensure demand plans are feasible and aligned with supply constraints
A minimum of 2 – 4 years' experience in a similar position,
