Brand Ambassador & Customer Service
Represent Missoni as a true Brand Ambassador, demonstrating pride,
passion and affinity for the Brand through a positive attitude, professional appearance and excellent customer approach
Welcome and engage customers, creating a warm, genuine and personalized shopping experience
Understand customers' needs and expectations, providing attentive and knowledgeable advice throughout the sales journey
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers based on trust, care and empathy
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Missoni collections, products, craftsmanship and brand heritage in order to provide accurate and inspiring product recommendations
Handle customer requests and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and effective solutions and a high level of customer satisfaction
