We are seeking a highly motivated Proposal Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical background and experience in the field of Rotating Equipment , with a particular focus on compressors, industrial fans and air handling systems, ideally developed in industries such as energy, oil & gas, heavy industry, or large-scale industrial equipment manufacturing.
As a Proposal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and managing technical-commercial proposals, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring that our solutions meet customer specifications and industry standards. Develop and manage detailed technical-commercial proposals for rotating machinery. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure that product specifications meet client needs and industry standards. Provide technical support and consultation throughout the sales process and after product delivery. Monitor industry trends and competitive products to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
