Working closely with stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and project managers, the successful candidate will drive large enterprise application Java EAP migration initiatives and ensure successful modernisation outcomes that deliver measurable business value.
Lead architecture assessment, modernisation planning, and migration of enterprise Java applications
Define and drive the technical architecture and implementation approach for complex Java-based enterprise applications
Design scalable, resilient, secure, and high-performing systems using Java and modern architectural patterns
Establish architectural standards, design principles, coding guidelines, and technology best practices covering security, scalability, maintainability, performance, and supportability
Define migration patterns for Java/Jakarta EE
