The role, Field Service Engineer, Triveneto
Install diagnostics instruments at customer sites Troubleshoot and repair on site. Plan and deliver preventive maintenance visits on a scheduled cycle across your accounts. Train lab staff on daily use, maintenance routines and basic troubleshooting so they get the best out of the instrument. Work closely with Sales and Application Specialists, you're part of the account team,
not a lone visitor. Build real relationships with clients.
This is NOT the "fix it and leave" kind of role. You're the face of the company on site.
Territory Triveneto, main focus on Padova, Vicenza, Verona.
You're the one if you have
✦ At least 1 year experience as a Field Service Engineer ✦ Solid grounding in electronics, electro-mechanics and troubleshooting ✦ Based in Veneto — ideally Padova or Vicenza ✦ B1 English (minimum) ✦ You genuinely like talking to clients, not just fixing things and leaving
