You will provide complex commercial advice on partner business performance, market opportunities and industry trends. By empowering partners to use Booking.com’s systems, tools and products effectively, you will optimize their performance on the platform and execute partnership growth strategies. This is a partner-facing role combining commercial analysis, relationship management, portfolio prioritisation and regular communication across phone,
digital and in-person channels.Key Job Responsibilities and DutiesAct as the primary point of contact for your portfolio, proactively communicating through calls, messaging and in-person visits to support partner business development.Evaluate local market trends and use performance insights to recommend actions that improve partner results, availability and supply for Booking.com customers.Execute new partnership strategies that support growth in the market and identify new partner leads.Explain Booking.com products and connectivity opportunities in a way that is relevant to each partner.Provide feedback to local and central teams on improvements to internal and external tools and products.Organise, coordinate and attend trade fairs, workshops, webinars and other partner events.Qualifications & SkillsExperience in account management, sales or business development with a solid understanding of the accommodations market.Full profession
