JOB PURPOSEThe Manufacturing Process Engineer will help shape the future performance and agility of our Leather Goods production network in Italy. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence, improving manufacturing performance and supporting sustainable growth across internal teams and external partners.
You will work across functions to identify opportunities, implement meaningful improvements and help ensure our production processes deliver the highest standards of quality, efficiency and craftsmanship. Your expertise will also contribute to process optimisation initiatives and the ongoing development of business systems.RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor manufacturing performance and drive improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Partner with external manufacturers to evaluate performance and manage the vendor rating process.Support continuous improvement within cutting operations through lean manufacturing principles and data-led decision making.Analyse workflows, supplier performance and operational processes to identify and implement improvement opportunities.Collaborate with planning, purchasing, quality, logistics and production teams to reduce lead times and address operational challenges.Define and track
