Develops an operational year plan for the own manufacturing activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures. String Test PQE shall act as the cell focal point of Test Quality; Lead the Cell/Line (Florence and Massa) in establishing and maintaining a high level of quality within the product line through effective initiation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective action, statistical process control, quality plans, work station audits and overall quality initiatives;
Provide answers to Customer’s issues through technical and transactional Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive action plan;
Be responsible for verifying the implementation and the efficiency of the actions, through the subsequent analysis of defects;
Be responsible for guaranteeing that the process for Non-Conformity management and Punch List is correctly applied and that the Non-Conformity Report (eNCR) is appropriately documented;
Be responsible for Quality Assurance for the Cell, ensuring that all functions are committed and in compliance to ISO standards;
Fuel your passion
Master degree in Engineering (preferred Mechanical, Aeronautics, Chemical)
Fluent in English
Basic Knowledge of HSE regulations
EU Work Permit.
Basic knowledge in TR&S;, as PED and IECEx
~ 4 years experience in Quality or Operations or Supply Chain;
~ Six-Sigma Green Belt Certified;
