Founded with Pete Tong and Carl Cox and a roster of world class artists, we combine structured education, community and real career opportunities in one subscription, serving members in more than 140 countries. We are hiring a Head of Growth to own how the world discovers PTDJA and to run the entire acquisition machine, hands on: paid media across multiple countries, the conversion funnel from click to paid member, trial nurture, and the experimentation engine that improves all of it every week. You will lower our cost per acquisition while growing paying members month after month, and you will build and lead the acquisition organization. SEO,

Blended CPA down, paying members and ARR up every month, with a diversified, defensible acquisition mix that does not depend on a single channel.
What you will own
Paid acquisition, multi country: Meta, Google and TikTok across Europe, the US and Latin America, with full budget ownership and CPA and payback accountability.
The conversion funnel, end to end: website and landing pages, a structured A/B testing program, trial funnel and trial to paid optimization, checkout friction.
Top of funnel CRM: lead capture, trial nurture flows and marketing automation that convert trials into paying members.
Growth strategy and experimentation: the hypothesis backlog, a weekly test and learn cadence, and growth initiatives across the whole journey from click to paid.
Organic acquisition, through your leads: SEO/AEO and the content machine report into this r
