Pirelli is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the position of Computer Vision System Engineer. The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 years of experience in an industrial setting.
The successful applicant will join the Digital Factory Innovation department, contributing to the development of Computer Vision solutions aimed at improving the efficiency, quality, and sustainability of production processes. The chosen candidate will play a key role in developing advanced Computer Vision solutions to enhance Pirelli's manufacturing activities.
YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
• Technology scouting: The candidate will identify and analyze vision system technologies and techniques to fulfill the system requirements (cameras, lights, full machines, different imaging technologies fusion..)
• Computer Vision Development: The candidate will contribute to designing and developing computer vision and advanced algorithms. These algorithms will focus on optimizing production workflows, reducing waste, and maintaining the highest standards of product quality, thereby enhancing productivity, quality, and sus
