Business Development Representative
Services: Mitigation, HVAC, Plumbing & Reconstruction
Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 Base Salary + Commission & Premio Opportunities
Position Type: Full-Time | Outside Sales
Location: Naples, FL
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to generate new business and build long-term referral relationships across our mitigation, HVAC, plumbing, and reconstruction services.
This is an outside sales and relationship-development role. You'll spend your time building connections with insurance professionals, property managers, commercial property owners, real estate professionals, contractors, facility managers, and other referral partners.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable getting out into the market, opening doors, building relationships, and turning those relationships into consistent business.
What You'll Do

Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners and prospective customers

Generate new opportunities across:

Water and mold mitigation
-
Emergency restoration services
-
HVAC service, repair, maintenance, and replacement

Plumbing service, repair, and installation

Reconstruction and property repairs

Conduct in-person sales visits with insurance agencies, property managers, commercial properties, real estate offices, contractors, and other referral sources

Maintain a consistent schedule of calls, visits, presentations, and follow-ups

Clearly communicate company services and capabilities to prospective partners

Track leads, contacts, appointments, referrals, and sales activity in the CRM

Identify opportunities to cross-sell services across departments

Work closely with operations, estimating, mitigation, HVAC, plumbing, and reconstruction teams

Attend networking events, trade associations, community events, and industry meetings

Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
