We are currently hiring an Inside Sales based in Milan or Vercelli (hybrid work).

Your mission at Epassi

You will report to the Head of Marketing and sit within the Digital Sales & Revenue function. You'll own the full commercial cycle independently, from lead qualification to deal close, and work closely with the Marketing team to maximise lead generation effectiveness and conversion rates.

This is a results-driven role for someone who goes after things rather than waiting for them to happen, is comfortable working against monthly numeric targets, and doesn't need close supervision to deliver.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Generate and manage a pipeline of SME leads with a focus on qualification, conversion, and closing
- Run remote product demos and commercial presentations
- Own negotiations from first call to contract signature within a fast sales cycle
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on lead
