identifying trends and providing insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.Monthly ClosingsEnsure accurate and timely submission of People Cost packages during monthly closings. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to validate and reconcile data.Budgeting & ForecastingLead and support the budgeting and forecasting processes for HR costs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and workforce planning.Cost OptimizationIdentify and implement cost-saving initiatives within HR operations.
