What you'll be doing
As our Engineering Manager, you'll lead a squad of engineers driving the technical execution and delivery of our Consumer products, shaping how millions of users save, invest,
and grow their money.

- Lead and grow a Consumer-oriented team: Own the day-to-day management of a squad of 3-5 engineers. Foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement while ensuring high team morale.
- People Management & Mentorship: Actively invest in the growth of your team members through regular 1:1s, actionable feedback, performance reviews, and identifying stretch opportunities to help them advance their careers.
- Drive delivery and technical execution: Translate product and business goals into a clear, predictable technical roadmap. Optimise agile workflows, unblock your team, and ensure reliable execution of ambitious projects.
- Collaborate across domains: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineering Managers to align on priorities, manage dependencies, and define shared engineering s
