Tasks of the position: - Adopt a customer-oriented and service-focused attitude in order to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction - Set up the dining room and buffets for different types of service according to company standards (breakfast, events, and la carte service) - Perform various types of service following our standards and procedures, including breakfast service, room service, served banquets, buffet banquets, coffee breaks, and standing events - Present the menu, advise guests, provide recommendations, and answer questions
