Today, we welcome our guests in 13 four- and five-star hotels and resorts, modern conference centers, and the prestigious Ethra Thalasso SPA. Our hotels are located in Sardinia, Puglia, Sicily, Calabria, and Abruzzo, overlooking stunning beaches, as well as in Piedmont, in the Vialattea ski area. We offer approximately 4,200 rooms and, during peak seasons, employ around 2,500 people. We aim to provide our guests with moments they will remember forever. POSITION OVERVIEW
Are you a senior digital marketing professional with a strong commercial mindset and the analytical skills to turn data into business decisions? Bluserena is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate digital growth, strengthen commercial performance and shape high-impact business and marketing initiatives across the Group. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communication, you will play a key role in defining digital marketing priorities and translating customer, market and performance insights into strategies that drive acquisition, conversion, direct revenue, retention and loyalty. This role is designed for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, challenges assumptions through data and works closely with commercial teams to identify opportunities, set priorities and deliver measurable growth.
LOCATION
The position is open at our Headquarters in Pescara (Abruzzo), with the possibility of remote working according to company policy.
