Your role
You will play a key role in shaping operational strategy and transforming our clients’ production systems. Leading projects in process optimization, industrial digitalization, and Smart Factory development, you will work closely with C-level decision-makers to design tailored, scalable,
and sustainable solutions.
Key responsibilities

- Leading interdisciplinary and international teams on client engagements linking operational improvements to the client’s strategic goals and driving change through the implementation of measurable outcomes
- Analyze and redesign production and logistics processes (e.g., value stream mapping, layout optimization, flow design)
- Define and implement operations strategies at both corporate and plant levels
- Design and deploy Smart Factory roadmaps (Industry 4.0)
- Development of scalable and resilient operating models — including production network design, make-or-buy strategies, and industrial footprint optimization
- Support cultural and organizational transformation in operations
Your profile

- You hold a degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Automation, or related fields) or an equivalent qualification. An MBA is considered a strong plus
