Reporting to the Transformation Director, the Transformation Monitoring & Reporting Analyst is responsible for ensuring the consistency, accuracy, and standardization of transformation reporting across the entire portfolio of initiatives. The role acts as a central point of coordination for performance monitoring, governance reporting, and management information, enabling effective decision-making by Transformation team, Executive Leadership and Internal Shareholders through structured, timely, and harmonized reporting processes. The position supports the adoption of reporting standards, KPIs, methodologies,



and governance practices across all transformation workstreams.

Revised Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Monitor the progress of transformation initiatives across all workstreams.
- Consolidate and maintain reporting on initiative status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.
- Own and continuously improve reporting standards, templates, and governance processes across the transformation portfolio.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy of information collected from project owners and functional PMOs.
- Coordinate the reporting cycle, collecting, validating, and consolidating updates from all transformation streams.
- Develop and maintain standardized dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and executive reporting packs for senior management and shareholders.
- Aggregate and review information across the transformation portfolio.
- Perform data quality checks and reconcile information across multiple repo
