hlpy, born in 2020, is a road assistance company start-up founded by a group of visionaries who quickly understood the needs of many global customers. They developed a digital and modern solution that has revolutionized the sector.
Our dream started in Italy, has expanded into France, and is now taking shape in Spain. This dream is growing continuously, and we are on a mission to expand into other markets soon. Our business offers a B2B2C model aimed at all automotive sectors (insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental companies, mobility providers, etc.).
As our team starts to take shape globally, our growth ambitions and market demand mean we are at the forefront of being major players in the sector. For this reason, we are actively seeking highly motivated Digital Monitoring Agents to join our global team to improve our processes and continuously ensure we deliver quality services.
Responsibilities
Monitor roadside assistance requests through our digital flow, intervening through outbound calls when necessary:
- Dispatch the appropriate service (tow trucks, taxis, replacement vehicles, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely resolution of cases.
- Provide clear and empathetic guidance to clients throughout the assistance process.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all missions in the hlpy system.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to team leaders when required.
Requirements
- Fluent in German / French / Spanish is a plus.
- Good knowledge of English (B2).
- Previous experience in operations and/or customer service will be a plus.
- Team spirit, with a strong ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems.
- Availability to work on rotating shifts, 24h / 7 days a week.
