- Monitor and control the Program activities from Contract signature till helicopter Delivery, using proper KPI (EBIT, P&L;, CPI, SPI). - Ensure Program execution using EVM techniques, in compliance with the Program Contract Baseline (cost, schedule and performance) as updated by Contract Amendements. - Manage Customer requirements during Program execution, through the process of Baseline Change, keeping cost, schedule and performance under control. - Monitor and control the testing, certification and Delivery activities on Helicopters. - Ensure integration among internal Functions (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Customer Support, Training, Procurement, Finance) and external stakeholders (Customer, Contractual Manager) to achieve the Program objectives. - Provide periodic reporting to upper Management (e.g. Delivery meetings, Project Management Reviews and Business Reviews), as accountable for Program Communication Plan. - Initialize and manage the Program Risk Re
