The Opportunity
As an HR Generalist Intern, you will join the Human Resources team and support activities related to HR Administration, Talent Acquisition & Development, HR Business Partner Compensation & Benefits teams. This role offers the opportunity to gain a broad understanding of HR processes while working closely with experienced HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employee administration activities and temporary workforce management.
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire integration.
- Maintain HR reports, databases, and documentation.
- Provide administrative and operational support to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners.
- Participate in recruitment activities, including candidate screening and interviews.
- Support initiatives related to Compensation & Benefits, Wellbeing, and internal communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Good command of English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude, flexibility, and attention to detail.
Recruitment Process
- Suitable candidates following the initial screening will be invited to complete a digital asynchronous video interview through our recruitment platform.
- Selected candidates will then attend an in-person interview conducted by one or more members of the HR Team, who will support and guide them throughout the internship experience.
