As an IT Operations & Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our IT services. You will provide advanced support, contribute to operational excellence, and collaborate closely with colleagues, external partners, and business users to deliver a seamless IT experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for IT incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot applications, networks, and operating systems
- Perform monitoring, patching, backups, and maintenance activities
- Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base articles
- Support IT projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide onsite support and participate in on-call activities when required
- Participate to on-duty-call service
- Perform security related activities up to 20% of the total time out of business hours
Your profile
- Technical qualification in IT or a comparable field
- Previous experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or IT Operations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and service management practices
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Fluent English; German and/or Italian are an advantage
