- Identify and attract top talent across international / global markets, using data-driven decisions to focus your time on the highest-impact priorities
- Act as a strategic advisor to leaders, devising and deploying diverse talent strategies for assigned corporate roles
- Directly source, approach, and engage passive candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, talent databases, industry events, and targeted outreach campaigns
