ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA
Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental.
Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian.
The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar,
and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome.

ABOUT THE JOB
Under the supervision of the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Cleaning glasses, cutlery, and dishes,
- Keeping the bar fully stocked at all times,
- Preparing snacks or sharing plates during service,
- Juicing citrus fruits,
- Preparing garnishes,
- Filling ice bins,
- Restocking the bar with glasses, toothpicks, napkins, coasters, ice, etc.,
- Refilling alcohol bottles,
- Assisting bartenders with occasional requests during service.
ABOUT YOU
You have proven experience as a bar assistant, or in a similar role.
You are dynamic, motivated, and present yourself professionally.
