About the Role
As the Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our boutique, leading a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial success.
This is a full‑time Store Manager position working a Tuesday to Saturday roster, with a proposed salary of $65,700 + super + clothing allowance with other incentives and benefits. Blue Illusion offers the opportunity to combine leadership, style, and community connection within a supportive, purpose‑driven brand.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Drive and achieve sales targets through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Analyse sales trends and implement strategies to maximise profitability.
Community Engagement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the local community.
- Plan and execute events to enhance the boutique's presence and engage customers.
Brand Ambassadorship
- Represent Blue Illusion with enthusiasm, embodying the brand values and French-inspired aesthetic.
- Actively promote the boutique within the local community.
