Supports performance improvement, including customer on-time delivery and lead time, ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization.- Work model: #LI-HybridIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:Executing daily, plant-level Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to create and managing production requirements to meet the production delivery schedules. Monitoring schedule adherence, identifying key root causes for deviation,
and taking follow-up improvement action.Supporting Planning & Fulfillment team in aligning material availability to production targets being responsible for stock profile and segmenting the portfolio of materials through an ABC/XYZ analysis, product lifecycle management, defining inventory policies according to this segmentationCollaborating with Buyers for obtaining the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, MOQ, quality, lead time, and flexibility.Supporting organization in reaching inventory targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders.Managing MRP exception messages on a daily basis; supporting cycle counting and/or year-end inventory counting.Qualifications for the RoleDegree in Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;At least 3 years of relevant experience in comparable positions and organizations. Previous experience in the automotive or home appliances (white goods) industry is highly preferred.Knowledge of SAP;Good knowledge of Microsoft Offi
