You will have the opportunity to join our South‑East Europe Commercial Department as a Junior Architect trainee in our office. In this role, you will support both the VM and Store Design Planning (SDP) teams in key daily operational tasks and actions.
VM REQUIREMENTS
- Support the VM team in handling the wholesale channel
- Manage all VM administrative aspects with Boutiques and dealers (e.g. purchase order, creation/extensions vendors, invoices check, wholesale Orders of institutional PLV boutiques & communications, wholesale VM Monthly Cycle order)
- Create VM reporting for new openings, special events/activations




- Contribute to enrich VM yammer pages and the internal tools
- Collaborate with VM team on CSR projects

SDP REQUIREMENTS
- Support the SDP team in Boutique Maintenances whole process
- Manage all SDP administrative aspects with Boutiques and Espaces (e.g. purchase order, creation/extensions vendors, follow SAP procedure, invoices check, suppliers follow up, site surveys during and after works)
- Manage all administrative aspects with Espaces and Boutique Maintenances
- Design preliminary layout proposal for Espace, and resourcing materials
- Create SDP reporting and presentations on new openings
- Contribute to enrich the SDP Yammer pages and internal tools
