Job Description
As a Security Officer Full Time - Afternoons in Milan, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and respond to security-related concerns. What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific procedures and applicable emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, visitor activity, and contractor entry in accordance with location procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate contacts.
- Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a professional presence and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
