You'll get to: Oversee monthly payroll activities for Italy in partnership with ADP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Support the internal payroll team and resolve payroll queries and escalations from employees and stakeholders.
Manage payroll changes related to hires, terminations, absences, and employee data updates.




Support post-payroll activities, reporting, controls, and compliance-related tasks.
Partner with the EMEA Payroll Manager, HR, and project teams on payroll updates, process improvements, and key initiatives.
Support year-end payroll activities, audits, and payroll-related projects.
The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You're not intimidated by innovation. In fact, you embrace it. You also have: Strong experience and knowledge of Italian payroll processes and practices.
Fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment. Experience working with payroll providers; knowledge of ADP Celergo is a plus.
Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
The ability to work independently, learn quickly, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
