Your R ole and I mpact
As Assistant Store Manager , you will play a key role in driving store performance by supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations and execution of retail standards. You will help create a high-performing,
consumer-focused environment by leading the team on the shop floor, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a premium adidas experience.
You will act as a role model, motivating and developing your team while contributing to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
K ey R esponsibilities
Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, replenishment, inventory, and compliance
Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring a premium consumer experience and strong service culture
Motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve store targets and grow their capabilities
Drive execution of store processes and standards to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires
Monitor and analyze store KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve performance and profitability
Ensure Visual Merchandising
