- Guest Profiles and Preferences* - Review and maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and previous stay information to support personalized service.
- Guest Communication and Support* - Handle incoming and outgoing telephone communications professionally and courteously. - Respond to guest enquiries regarding reservations, facilities, and services. - Provide assistance to Guest Service Agents and Front Office team members as required.
