Overview
As HQ Su Misura Account Manager in Milan, you drive commercial performance and market development for designated regions, aligning local execution with global Su Misura strategy. You coordinate cross-functional support to accelerate client recruitment, conversion, and sales while safeguarding brand and service standards. You will partner with regional teams, monitor performance, and translate insights into actionable market plans. This role offers impact across activations, client relationships, and product opportunities within a heritage luxury house. Responsabilità
- Serve as the primary HQ business partner for assigned regions, ensuring alignment between global priorities and local execution.
- Set and challenge annual/seasonal targets, forecasts,



and commercial plans with market teams and Go to Market.
- Track sales metrics, guest share, Su Misura penetration, and client conversion to identify opportunities and risks.
- Translate performance data into market actions and oversee recovery or acceleration plans with local teams.
- Support daily Su Misura business and activations planning (trunk shows, suites, villas, private appointments).
- Collaborate with CRM and Retail on client recruitment, reactivation, conversion, and follow-up with clear ownership.
- Provide Product Management and Merchandising with market feedback on collection performance and pricing.
- Coordinate launch readiness with Product, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Retail, Training, CRM, and market teams; escalate issues as needed.
- Support priority clients and market activations where HQ presence adds value, ensuring a consistent Su Misura experience.
- Share best practices and aid development of Su Misura teams
