The Impact You’ll Make
- Lead the architectural design of embedded software systems for real-time operating systems (RTOS) or bare-metal platforms, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with product goals.
- Translate complex technical and consumer requirements into clear, actionable specifications, and user stories that steer development effectively.
- Drive consistent communication and alignment with both internal stakeholders and external partners globally to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Mentor and develop engineering talent by conducting code reviews, fostering best practices in C/C++ development, and championing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to defining the software development lifecycle processes, integrating Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices in embedded software projects.
- Ensure product security and privacy principles are embedded throughout the software design, architecture, and verification phases.
- Promote an innovative culture by exploring and integrating emerging IoT protocols and connectivity technologies to enhance product capabilities.
