Purpose of the position: As Project Expediting Coordinator, you will respond to the Post Order Function and be part of the Supply Chain
How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
- Manage expediting activities, coordinating internal or external personnel, in accordance with supply criticality and purchased material specific peculiarities / complexity.
- Prepare / define project reporting / procedures according to specific needs; prepare / discuss / manage the Expediting budget assigned by the Project.
- Knowledge of goods supply phases, including engineering, procurement, construction, inspection, preparation for shipment and transportation.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain process.
- Knowledge of Project Post Order activities (expediting, quality control during manufacturing stages, shipping and customs activities of purchased goods).
What are we looking for?
Education: Master's Degree/bachelor's degree or Tehcnical High School Diploma, (Engineering matters preferred)
Experience: at least 5 years as a Vendor Project Manager/Job Coordinator within Oil & Gas Industry, or Post Order Coordinator at EPC Contractor.
Technical/IT Skills: SAP Preferred, not mandatory
What else should you know? Availability to perform national and international mission. Opportunity be deployed abroad according to project needs.
