What You Will Deliver (Key Deliverables & Responsibilities) Develop a strong understanding of stakeholders by completing a Stakeholder Analysis and supporting team members manage stakeholders (key messages and coaching)
Understand the change by completing a Change Impact Assessment and deeply analysing how people will be impacted by future ways of working.
Understanding of the behaviour and cultural change needed.
Partner with business stakeholders (Leaders as country level and BPOs) to help develop understanding of local ways of working and future ways on working
Ability to communicate and articulate the level of change impact with senior stakeholders
Develop a detailed change management plan, change management strategy and change adoption KPIs to ensure the change is embedded and adopted.
