We're looking for a Brand Ambassador Luxury German & English to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong attitude for customer care, fluent in languages, empathetic by nature, fashion and international luxury brands enthusiast with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Languages knowledge: German mandatory (B2 - C1)
Tasks: Customer relations with international customers through phone/chat/e-mail
E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers in their online purchases
Contract: Tempo pieno 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) on shifts 5 days a week.
RAL: 21 -23K
Qualifications: Degree and/or experience in e-commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury.
Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically of Microsoft Office applications.
