What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a Distribution Manager to join our team in direct support of the Director of Revenues Hotels & Trains. In this role, the Distribution Manager oversees the distribution strategy across all sales channels, ensuring rate, inventory, and content accuracy to maximize revenue opportunities. They work closely with the Revenue team to optimize channel performance, monitor distribution efficiency, and support overall commercial growth.
Key Activities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Marketing, Finance, Systems, and IT to align distribution strategies with business objectives
- Manage distribution tools & platforms, including channel managers, rate parity tools, and OTA systems, ensuring seamless functionality and connectivity
- Lead distribution onboarding for new hotel openings, coordinating system connectivity, channel setup, and contract implementation
