The Role We want to make every guest's journey exceptional from the very first enquiry. As a Reservations Agent,
you will be responsible for managing bookings with accuracy, efficiency and a highly personalized approach, ensuring a seamless reservation experience while maximizing guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities. Working closely with the Sales, Revenue, Events and Front Office teams, you will play a key role in creating outstanding first impressions and ensuring every stay begins flawlessly. Key Responsibilities ● Deliver professional, personalized and timely assistance throughout the reservation process. ● Manage individual reservations accurately using Opera PMS and hotel booking systems. ● Maximize booking conversion through tailored offers and personalized guest communication. ● Promote IHG One Rewards and encourage guest loyalty. ● Handle guest preferences, special requests and ancillary services with exceptional attention to detail. ● Coordinate reservation details with operatio
